Registration FAQs and Special Request Guidelines 


To support the core AYSO philosophies, Region 1672 has established the following guidelines for special requests:

•  Coach and Teammate Requests:  We do not accept requests for specific coaches or teammates.

•  Practice Day/Time Requests:  Requests for specific practice days or times must be submitted before registration closes. Please email these requests to [email protected]. Late requests will not be considered. Note: While we do our best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed. 

•  Division Placement Requests:  A formal request must be submitted to [email protected] if you wish for your player to participate in a division great than their age-appropriate level. This request should clearly explain your reasoning, and will be reviewed by the board and, if approved, submitted for final approval.

Refunds will be administered based on the following criteria: 

1)  Any refund request made before registration closes will result in a full refund, minus national fees and credit card processing fees which are nonrefundable. 

2)  Any refund request made after one week of the registration close date will not receive a refund, as we have already purchased equipment, uniforms, and insurance for your player. These costs cannot be recouped and therefore a refund will not be issued. 

*The AYSO 1672 board of administrators reserves the right to adjust the refund policy to better meet the needs of the players and program. Our commitment is to do our best to honor any refund requests made.
