1. Teams will be formed to assure proper balance of teams within each age division (i.e. there will be no "A String" and "B String" teams).
2. Coaches may only specify to have their own children on their team, provided they are within the proper age range for the division the parent is coaching. Likewise, players may not request to have a specific coach in any given season or year.
3. We will do our best to place siblings on the same team, IF they are eligible for the same age division. Player divisions are made according to age and skill level, and there can be vast size and skill differences between age groups that make it unsafe for children to play in an age division other than their own. While there are circumstances under which children may play up an age division, 8U age players that play up in the 10U division are not eligible to participate in tournaments.
4. Every player on every team must play at least one-half of every game.
5. The highest standards of conduct and good sportsmanship, consistent with the AYSO philosophies, must be maintained at all times by players, volunteers, and spectators.
6. Offensive, insulting, or abusive language, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the use of tobacco products or smoking, or simulating smoking or the use of tobacco products, at Regional-sponsored events whenever children are present, is forbidden.
7. All players must wear shin guards and appropriate footwear (not provided with uniform) for practice and games. Appropriate footwear includes athletic shoes or cleats that cover the entire foot.
